【特別記事】フランスの大学でのSDGsな学びと活動！
今回は、期間限定『特別記事』です。
現在、弊社に縁あってフランスから1カ月間インターンで学生さんが来ています。
彼女は、フランスと日本のハーフで日本語も非常に流暢に話されます。
デザインの勉強をしながらも環境問題に非常に関心を持っていて様々なプロジェクトなどにもフランスで取り組んでいるそうです。
そこで、せっかくなので、17にしおのブログ記事を彼女にお願いして書いていただきました。
日本語と英語 両方で書いてくれたので是非、ヨーロッパの学生のSDGsな取り組みの一部を知る機会になってもらえたら嬉しいです。

皆さんこんにちは。
始めましてMICグループのインターンシップに参加している犬塚彩恵です。
私はパリ、フランス、の近くにある「CY école de design」と言う新しいデザイン学校のグローバルデザインの大学生です。
21世紀の私たちの世界には対処するのが難しい変化が多くあります。
私の大学ではSDGsに関するプロジェクトをいろいろな会社と考えています。
そして生徒たちが思いやりのあるデザイナーになり、よりよい持続可能な未来を作れるようにしています。
今までのデザインは「物」が中心でしたが、最近では方向性が変わり、「人間」を中心として考えるようになって来ました。
生物界は人間だけではなく、動物、植物、細菌など、いろいろな生き物が生存しているので、ちゃんと環境の事を考えながらプロジェクトを進めるのが私の大学のスローガンです。
みなさんも知ってると思いますが、地球温暖化がだんだんひどくなっているので、ぜひみなさんもグローバル・デザイナーのようにチャレンジして、生活や町を少しずつエコに向けて変えてもいいと思います。
気候変動はいろいろな社会問題の誘発者ですが、その他にも戦争、急進主義、飢饉、社会的不平等、水やエネルギーの不足などの問題もあり、それに立ち向かうために行動を起こしましょう。
それには環境、文化、政治、などの知識を広げるのがとても大事です。できるだけ日本の新聞や番組だけじゃなく、海外のメディアも見てください。
「The Guardian」というオンラインの新聞を私はオススメします。
CY大学では、生徒たちがこれらの課題に向き合い解決するための専門家を育成しています。
そしてそれがより大きな目的に貢献するための鍵だと信じています。

CY école de design : a design school for the living
Hello everyone, I am Inuzuka Sae, a new intern at MIC Group. I am currently a Global Design student at CY école de design, a new French design school in the Parisian area.
The 21th century is full of changes and transitions, challenges that are not always easy to deal with. In this school, students are brought to work around the 17 SDGs defined by the UNO by undertaking projects with many companies and administrations. This aims to broaden the horizon of the students to make more mindful and aware designers, for a better and sustainable future.
In design, the main focus used to be the object; nowadays a shift is happening: the human stake is becoming the most important amongst these two. As the living world includes, not only humans, but also other animals, plants, bacteria, etc…, my school encourages its students to always encompass the environmental aspect in their projects. As you know, climate change is becoming day by day a more and more urgent topic to act upon, so I encourage all of you to think like a Global Designer and to challenge yourself, as much as your local administrations, to make real changes for the environment.
Climate change is also a catalyst of social inequalities, rising radicalism, energy and water shortage, hunger, war and more, so I urge you to really take at heart the environmental cause. Learning more about it and broadening your cultural and political knowledge will make you aware of all the intricate links between every problem humans are facing at a day to day level. It will hopefully encourage more people to change their mindset. I recommend the online newspaper called “The Guardian” to be aware of what’s happening around the world.
My school believes that making true professionals who are trained to address all of these issues and are aware of their place in the world is the key to making meaningful projects that benefit a greater purpose.
